MANILA, Philippines – Senator Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada stood up on the floor on Wednesday to tell the “untold” story of legislators’ priority development assistance fund  (PDAF) known as “pork barrel” funds.

Estrada said he rose on the floor “to tell the untold story of PDAF well as to expose the biases and prejudices against the opposition of certain opposition like the media, the Commission on Audit, Department of Budget and Management and even the Senate blue ribbon committee.”
